The location was jaw-dropping, within walking distance to everything and perfect for concerts. The modern and super clean room with a large bathroom and HD TV was mind-blowing, and the staff went above and beyond with their friendly and helpful service. The hotel's restaurant was top-notch, and the poolside 4th of July party was an absolute blast. The gift shop offered a super fun variety of items. I felt very safe and the 24-hour security made me feel at ease.

Rooms were brand-new, everything was really perfect. In general the staff were very attentive and thoughtful. The bed was comfortable, and the room itself was spacious. The location was stunning for walking around Petco Park Stadium.

we had a great stay at Hard Rock Hotel. we loved the convenience of having Nobu right next to our room and valet. the employees were awesome, and we could easily reach our concierge through text. the beds were really comfortable, and we appreciated the choice between feather or foam pillows. The hotel is close to everything, and we enjoyed the complimentary guitar rental, as well as the friendly and attentive staff. The rooms were clean and had cool rock n roll memorabilia. overall, a perfect stay with super convenient amenities.

We would like to come again, nothing to complain about, liked this hotel. The units are new-fashioned, well-maintained with a balcony. The location is central, short walk to cool restaurants, bars, shops, Petco Park, the Convention Center, and countless bars and restaurants and San Diego, amazing location near the convention center. They have delicious beverages in the outdoor bar.

The staff were lively, flexible. Central location was a plus. It was across the super convenient area.

Intimate and clean place, very helpful staff. Very spacious bed, nicely decorated and brand-new room with a view of the bay. Unbeatable location for our visit to Horton Plaza Park not too far from the hotel. Located in a really comfortable area, next to a tram station.

I chose the Hard Rock Hotel for its ideal location near Seaport Village, and it didn't disappoint. The fourth-floor pool lounge surprised me with its state-of-the-art audio and visual capabilities, creating a perfect venue with a breathtaking skyline view for up to 500 people.

We stayed at this hotel for our anniversary vacation and we were very impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even giving us extra complimentary drink tickets to enjoy. They also fulfilled our request for a high floor, placing us on the top floor with a beautiful view. The King Suite we stayed in was clean and incredibly comfortable, making it one of our favorite hotels throughout our trip. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Gaslamp district, and the balcony in our suite was a lovely addition. the staff, the location, and the comfort of this place made our stay here exceptional.

We greatly enjoyed this comfortable hotel with bay views. We ate at an excellent restaurant with pleasant staff. The service was amazing, we had 3 really special nights here.
